We give performers casual 'work' between their creative 'work'.
Then use a % of profits to give back to those very performers and the community!
Our team has provided brand ambassadors and event performers at over 1000+ events for some of the UK's biggest brands.
Our Vision
Only 2% of actors make a living solely from the profession
and 90% are out of work at any one time.
We want to ensure that the 90% can still make ends meet!
Working part-time jobs for a performer is by no means a sign of failure, it is very much a part of the varied wonderful journey.
With this in mind we set out to create a community for staff to enjoy the work they do, for a company that understands the business, that cares and that gives back.

Meet the founder
Welcome to Working Cast Limited.
I founded the company in 2016, when in a single week with a performer friend we worked as Oyster shuckers, pizza chefs, estate agents, promotional ambassadors and painter and decorators.
Not your average week! This was the truth of the acting industry, but we loved it.
What I noted; was that a performers confidence, ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm for any task and an openness with others meant we were perfectly placed for many of these temporary roles.
Now with a database of hundreds and an excellent team around me, I am very proud to have helped hundreds of performers, staffed thousands of positions and oversaw 1k+ events for some pretty awesome clients.
The best thing is; the busier we get, the more we get to invest into our production company and our performers creative development.

Hello I'm Jo!
I'm the Account Manager for Working Cast Ltd, and also a fellow performer - a Soul Singer Songwriter.
I was so excited to start working for Working Cast and help the performing community.
So much of our lives involve juggling our Career as well as doing jobs that work around it, which can be super tricky and hard for employers to understand. This is why Working Cast stands out from the rest, it's made by Actors for Actors, understanding the lifestyle & harnessing everything we're great at!
